Hello. The Home Office Site has had a slow birthing process. When I first purchased the http://homeofficesite.com domain I was a homeschooling stay-at-home mom who was doing an awful lot of stuff that required home office skills (organizing field trips and study groups, keeping track of a busy family schedule, working on a web design business, and working out of the home for various organizations). The website at that time was primarily a resource providing links to articles, products and services. Since those long-ago days I have re-entered the “in-town” workforce several times. I still find myself utilizing my home office on an almost daily basis and have decided to take down the old website and re-start the Home Office Site in a blog format. I have been managing a business for a non-profit domestic abuse shelter (see: Food Works for Middle Way House) for more than three years, and I consider myself a community activist. I hope that my personal experiences may be of benefit to others.
